ART AND MUSIC AT EARL'S COURT UNDERGROUND STATIONMonday 30th June - Saturday 19th July "We apologize for any delay" This year's visual art exhibition is a series of thought provoking photographs created by the students of Kensington & Chelsea College. The exhibition is designed to divert your journey and create space for thought as you rush to your next destination. Also exhibiting will be local artist and photographer Alice Dass, who suffers from Multiple Sclerosis. In this fast-paced world we all live in we should take time to pause and perhaps see things from a point of view that is slightly different from our own. The exhibition will take place along the upper gantry walkway that runs the length of the station between both Warwick Road and Earl's Court Road and is situated above the Eastbound District Line platform. Look out for these special festival events in the week before and at evening rush hour weekdays throughout the festival (some Sundays included). |
